We do our best to ensure that issues are resolved as they arise. If parents have any concerns they can discuss them with the class teacher directly. This is usually done at the end of the school day, or during a parent consultation, or by appointment.  However, we do recognise that from time to time it may be necessary for situations to be escalated to a higher level and, in these instances, we have adopted the Surrey Schools Complaints procedure.
