Maddie Single Handedly Raises Funds For Tourettes Action
Some people might think the Easter Holidays are for putting your feet up, relaxing and eating lots of chocolate but for Maddie from Year 4, this was far from her mind. Maddie decided her time would be best spent raising funds for one her passions: Tourettes Action. Her initial thoughts were to make loom bands and sell in exchange for a small donation and maybe / possibly try and raise £100. That figure was quickly hit overnight, the bar was then raised to £200. Needless to say that figure was squashed, with her eventually raising in excess of £650.
We share in Mr Gilbert's thoughts: well done Maddie for your superb work and for showing our values of resilience and self belief in action!
